Solomon Boyd was born in New York City. He grew up in Brooklyn, where he went to church and learned the ways of the Lord. Later, his family moved to Philadelphia. He always had a love for music and singing became his passion. Solomon was encouraged to be a part of a group in Grade School and High School. He soon started receiving awards, including Most Talented. He went on to make a name for himself and started performing on talent shows with his group. They began to gain popularity. They gave performances at Uptown Theatre, Unity Day, Community College of Philadelphia, Second Cousin and McGonigle Hall. They soon caught the eye of Ricky and Ronnie of “New Edition." Hailing from Victorville, California, ThaLoveBirds is a power couple committed to reaching the world for Christ through music. It all started in high school when this husband-and-wife team first met and became high school sweethearts. At the age of 19, both of them knew they wanted to take their relationship to another level and did so through marriage. A life of full of love and happiness existed throughout the years, but storms did occur in their marriage. It wasn’t until 2017, after every attempt to make things work, this couple had to make one of the hardest decisions, which resulted in divorce.   However, their story didn’t end there. In 2019, by God’s grace, this couple was able to rediscover love, and be rejoined in marriage. #MusicLov3rz regrets to inform you that our beloved Jillian Baskerville has gone home to be with the Lord just a few days after the February magazine was published. Our sincerest condolences to her family, loved ones, brothers and sisters who had the honour and privilege of knowing such an awesome woman of God. Rest in Heaven Jillian. Jillian Baskerville was born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois. Grew up in the church and started singing at the age of 4, learned to play the piano at 6 years old. She also learned to play the alto saxophone at a young age as well. Jillian continued playing the piano and in the concert band (the alto saxophone) all the way to her senior year of high school. Jillian sung in the Oak Park River Forest High School Gospel Choir under the leadership of Mr. James Wiggins and Marsha Holmes. In her sophomore year Jillian became the President of Oak Park River Forest Gospel Choir and served until she Graduated. The choir also recorded an album during that time. Ju
