‘Wisdom’! ‘Wisdom’! Who is he? Let’s ponder first the scripture of 2nd Corinthians 5:17 ‘Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation...old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.’ Wisdom is a powerful new Caribbean contemporary gospel artist. He was born in the beautiful and exotic country of Belize. At this present time, Forbes lists Belize as 1 out of the top 3 destinations to live, retire in or visit (May 2020) because of its tranquility, untouched natural beauty and rich culture. Wisdom’s gospel music showcases his heritage by incorporating reggae, punta, soca and afro beats!!
Wisdom has been living in the Los Angeles area of the United States for the past 25+ years. He performed secular music under the name ‘Daddy C’ when he hit the stage. He made appearances at many large venues very often alongside critically acclaimed soca artist, Michael Wagner. He has written and produced his own music and choreographed dance routines for many of his performances.
In 2017 Wisdom had a life changing experience in his spiritual life. He had an amazing encounter with God and accepted the fact that he was created for a specific purpose which is to become a follower of His Son, Jesus!! ‘Brother Wisdom’, as he is affectionately called, has always been a giver. He’s known to all as a kind and loving person. His excitement grew as he shifted ALL his gifts to ministry!! He serves in the Youth Ministry at church where his music very often helps to uplift and electrify the congregation to a new level of praise! Wisdom definitely wants to share his God-given talents with the world. He firmly believes that his transition from secular music to Gospel will unite us as we share the exultation of gospel praise through dynamic lyrics and dance moves directly from the Holy Spirit. Wisdom has new music created to give God ALL the glory and serve as a reminder that the Christian walk is captivating!!! Come let us make a joyful noise unto the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our Salvation. Let us do it with ‘Wisdom’!
