Kevin Smith Featured In #MusicLov3rz Magazine August Edition!

This composer, arranger and performer is the keyboardist and assistant choral director at the Murchison-Isom C.M.E. Church in Chicago, IL and has worked in similar capacities in Chicago music ministry for over 40 years. Kevin is also keyboardist and vocalist with The Chicago Catz rhythm and blues band, who have rocked Chicagoland for 30 years. Kevin has performed as a vocalist on recordings by Richie Havens and Ramsey Lewis. He has arranged music for Richie Havens and Chuck Mangione and has composed for late "Pops" Staples of the renowned Staples Singers.

Kevin is the owner of PROPHECY PRODUCTIONS, which specializes in music production radio, television, film, songwriting and sound design. He has composed, arranged and produced the theme music for local radio and television shows and for national campaigns for Ameritech, Coco Cola, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Kraft General Foods and Anheuser Busch among many others. Also produced radio and broadcast material for Carter Temple CME Church, Pilgrim Baptist Church and The Community of St. Sabina Ministries and study materials for Urban Ministries Inc.

Kevin also has served as a music therapist for the social service agency Thresholds, providing performance activities, music presentations to agency members for 25 years.

Kevin is the Musical Director arranger and producer for the Gospel group Tecora Rogers and The Chicago Spirituals and a founding member of the group.

#Reggae #Dancehall Artist Blazer Featured in #LOV3RZ December

Blazer was born in the UK, and is from London. He began playing the bass guitar at 13 years old and this inspired Blazer into other aspects of music such as, songwriting and creating tracks using the keyboard. By the age of 23 years old his main inspirations were from Jamaican, UK sound systems. R&B, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae music and Afrobeat. These various music inspirations later led Blazer to use his keyboard skills to create tracks using the keyboard and equipment linked to a computer. By 2012 Blazer was more than ready but concentrated more on writing lyrics.
