NEW SINGLE: “I CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS”

We have recently released a new single “I Can Move Mountains”. 

We wanted to write a song about how important faith is. As we searched for the words, we came to the realization that the bible has the best possible examples of faith. The faith of a mustard seed: Matthew 17:20 was the inspiration for this song. 

“For I assure you: If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Jesus uses the mustard seed to illustrate the power of faith,  even if the amount of faith we have is the size of a small mustard seed. A lack of faith is simply not trusting God and God’s will for your life.  

In the lyrics of this song, we start off acknowledging that we all have doubts and fears about our dreams and hopes - That this world creates distractions and illusions to try and stop us from finding out who we really are; a child of God with strength and confidence to accomplish anything we put our minds to. We share examples of how faith triumphs over these fears. 

The biblical reference of David and Goliath in this song,  is just one example that illustrates when you believe God is with you, you can overcome the Giant in your way. 

It’s important to remember that God and Jesus are always with us, guiding us. And through our faith in them, and our faith in ourselves, we can find that inner confidence and be sure in our decisions,  knowing that we are pursuing God’s will in our lives. 

We hope this song inspires you to seek to make your faith stronger,  and gives assurance of God’s path in your life.

We Are The Wave Compilation Album was an idea that I had about two years ago. I had the idea but I didn’t really have the means nor the resources to do it. I was new to networking in CHH and I didn’t have any artists to do the project with. Last year we added a couple new artists and that’s when I realized this project as possible. It’s basically an introduction to New Wave Music Group. Also to encourage the youth to let them know they don’t have to be what society tells them to be.
