STORY BEHIND FAITHFUL GOD BY DANIEL OJO

At a point in my life this year 2019, I was really overwhelmed with so many things, life, work, ministry, family. Looking at some goals ahead of me that seemed unachievable. So many promises of God that seem to tarry and I was like “God what is going on?”

Praying and trusting God and nothing seem to be working, but still putting on that smiling face and still continuing in ministry as the Lord leads, until this day when I was lying on the couch, completely overwhelmed and the Holy Spirit started to whisper to me these words – HE IS FAITHFUL. He started reminding of the things he has done for me, how he has brought me this far even when I never thought I could get this far. He brought back this scripture verse Ps. 103:1-2 “Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. “ and reminded me that I have been too busy thinking about the future when his word says not to worry about the future but rather to thank him for all he has done so far and how he has not failed and he is not a God that fails.
